If you'd like that item quicker, then select the 1st Class Recorded option for only £1.49!

When dispatching to the UK we will use Royal Mail registered post, so we can also track your item from the moment it leaves our shop until its delivered to your door

European and worldwide shopping rates are shown in the checkout and will depend on the size of the item ordered.

Most orders are dispatched within two working days although in certain circumstances (for example, if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies) you should allow 14 days for delivery.  If we can't dispatch your order immediately we will always contact you to confirm dispatch dates.

Most orders arrive within 2-5 days of purchase in the UK and 5-14 days overseas.  If you have not received your order in this time, don't worry as delays do occasionally occur.  We ask you to wait 10 working days for UK deliveries and 20 working days for overseas deliveries before you contact us to let us know you have not received your order.

As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our shop. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage charge before we re-supply your goods.
