• AIRMAIL - SOUTH & CENTRAL AMERICA, CARIBBEAN, AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST, FAR EAST, ASIA, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRALIA - FRIDAY 4TH DECEMBER

• JAPAN, USA, CANADA, EASTERN EUROPE - THURSDAY 10TH DECEMBER

• WESTERN EUROPE - FRIDAY 11TH DECEMBER

Most orders are dispatched within two working days although in certain circumstances (for example if an item you have ordered is out of stock and we are waiting for new supplies) you should allow 14 days for delivery.  If we can't dispatch your order immediately we will always contact you to confirm dispatch dates.

As part of the shipping process an email is sent to you when your goods are dispatched from our shop. This email will give you a guide to when your goods will be delivered.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices you will be required to pay an additional postage charge before we re-supply your goods.
